CrossFit Kids action

The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
Box jump snake => dip walk => cartwheel => 5 burpees => cartwheel => speed ladder => agility course => 50-meter rotating side shuffle => 50-meter bum kickers

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
Box jump snake => dip walk => cartwheel => 5 burpees => cartwheel => speed ladder => agility course => 35-meter rotating side shuffle => 35-meter bum kickers

WOD –
Varsity:
3 rounds
10 knees-to-elbows
15 sumo deadlift high pulls, 95#/65#
30 squats

Junior Varsity:
3 rounds
10 knees-to-elbows
15 sumo deadlift high pulls, 55#/45#
30 squats

Novice:
3 rounds
10 knees-to-elbows
15 sumo deadlift high pulls, 35#/25#
30 squats

Elementary:
3 rounds
8 knees-to-elbows or knee raises
12 sumo deadlift high pulls, unloaded-10#
16 squats

Preschool:
3 rounds
5 knees raises
5 sumo deadlift high pulls, unloaded
5 squats

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
10:00
Ice cream maker and front lever practice

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00-10:00
Ring play
