CrossFit Kids action

The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 mountain climbers => 10 lunge steps => 10 squats => bear crawl => 3 strict pull-ups => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter run => 3 broad jumps

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
10 mountain climbers => 10 lunge steps => 10 squats => bear crawl => 3 strict pull-ups or 4 monkey hangs => 25-meter high-knee skip => 25-meter run => 3 broad jumps

WOD –
Varsity:
12-9-6
Deadlifts, 245#/165#
Handstand push-ups

Junior Varsity:
12-9-6
Deadlifts, 135#/95#
Handstand push-ups

Novice:
9-6-3
Deadlifts, 95#/65#
Handstand push-ups

Elementary:
12-9-6
Deadlifts, unloaded-8kg kettlebell
Wall walk-ups or push-ups

Preschool:
6-4-2
Deadlifts, unloaded
Burpees

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
Max set toes-to-bar
Rest 2:00
Max set knees-to-elbows

Elementary and Preschool:
2x max set toes-to-bar or knees-to-elbows or knee raises
Rest 2:00 in between
