The 2012 CrossFit Kids Curriculum for middle and high school—teen and preteen are now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 large arm circles forward and back => 10 medium arms circles forward and back => 10 small arm circles forward and back => bear crawl => forward roll => alligator crawl => forward roll => 100-meter run

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
5 large arm circles forward and back => 5 medium arms circles forward and back => 5 small arm circles forward and back => bear crawl => forward roll => alligator crawl => forward roll => 50-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:

Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

Junior Varsity:
JT

Handstand push-ups

Novice:

Elementary:

Cooldown/Skill –
