Handstand walk or bear crawl => 5 one-legged side-to-side hops, right leg => forward roll => 5 one-legged side-to-side hops, left leg => speed ladder => 2 broad jumps => 50-meter carioca => 50-meter high knees

Skill:
Double-under; focus on the pogo jump

WOD:
25-20-15-10-5
Double-unders or side-to-side hops
10-8-6-4-2
Toes-to-bar or knee raises
100-meter shuttle run (4 x 25 meters) between each round

Game/Challenge:
5:00-10:00
