10 jumping jacks => handstand walk or bear crawl => forward roll => 3 push-ups => 5-second bar hang => 10-15 seconds in the bottom of the squat => 100-meter run

Skill:
Squat; focus on knees out

WOD:
8:00-12:00 AMRAP
3 pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
6 burpees
9 squats

Game/Challenge:
Farmer’s carry relay race, 5#-15# dumbbell
