The 2013 CrossFit Kids Elementary Curriculum is now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 PVC pass-throughs => 2 cartwheels => 10 squats => 2 forward rolls => bear crawl => precision jump => speed ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 1 rope climb

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
10 PVC pass-throughs => 2 cartwheels => 10 squats => 2 forward rolls => bear crawl => precision jump => speed ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 1 rope climb or beginner rope climb

WOD –
Varsity:
10=>1
Strict pull-ups
Ring dips

Junior Varsity:
10=>1
Strict pull-ups
Ring dips

Novice:
10=>1
Strict or kipping pull-ups
Ring or bar dips

Elementary:
10=>1
Pull-ups (progressions or assisted okay)
Hand-release push-ups

Preschool:
5=>1
Monkey hangs
Hand-release push-ups

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x
10’ handstand walk to handstand push-up against wall
10 hollow rocks

Elementary and Preschool:
3x
1-3 wall walk-ups
5-10 hollow rocks
