The New 2012 CFK Lesson Plans for Middle and High School- Teen and PreTeen are now available in the CrossFit Kids store.

Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3x or 5:00
10 jumping jacks => 10 mountain climbers => 10 grasshoppers => 10 lunge steps => 200-meter run

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
10 jumping jacks => 10 mountain climbers => 10 grasshoppers => 10 lunge steps => 100-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
5 rounds
25 double-unders
10 toes-to-bar
10 burpees
10 pull-ups
25 squats

Junior Varsity:
5 rounds
25 double-unders
10 toes-to-bar
10 burpees
10 pull-ups
25 squats

Novice:
3 rounds
25 double-unders
10 toes-to-bar
10 burpees
10 pull-ups
25 squats

Elementary:
3 rounds
12 double-unders or single-unders
6 toes-to-bar, knees-to-elbows, or knee raises
6 burpees
6 monkey hangs
12 squats

Preschool:
3 rounds
6 side-to-side hops over 6” hurdle
3 knee raises
3 burpees
3 monkey hangs
6 squats

Cooldown/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:
3 x
15’ handstand walk

Elementary and Preschool:
5:00
Handstand practice
