Warm-Up/Skill –
Varsity, Junior Varsity and Novice:

3 cartwheels => precision jump => dip walk => basic dot drill x 10 => 3 broad jumps => 5 squats

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
Cartwheel => precision jump => 3 jump-to-support => basic dot drill x 10 => broad jump => 5 squats

WOD –
Varsity:

100-meter run
10 pull-ups
100-meter run
10 burpees

Junior Varsity:

Novice:
