CrossFit Kids action

A Mom’s Perspective Lura Poggi of CrossFit Kids Brand X Lura Poggi gives a mom’s perspective on how CrossFit Kids has helped her four children in more ways then one. The ages range from nine months old to nine years old. Despite the wide range of age with her children, they have all benefited in different ways by participating in their local CrossFit Kids program.
