Bear crawl => vault => agility course => 50-meter side shuffle => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 50-meter run

Elementary and Preschool:
3x or 5:00
Bear crawl => broad jump => agility course => 25-meter side shuffle => 5 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 50-meter run

WOD –
Varsity:
15-12-9
Power cleans, 95#/65#
Push-ups
Rest 2:00, repeat.

Junior Varsity:

Power cleans, 55#/45#
Push-ups
Rest 2:00, repeat.

Novice:
