Medicine balls – Pillow cases filled with soft rags packed tightly and knotted (4#-10#)

Movements may be performed unloaded, with PVC, eventually with dumbbells and barbells as form and capacity dictate; appropriate CrossFit training is strongly suggested for all instructors, teachers or coaches.
