Alligator crawl => forward roll => precision jump => cartwheel => speed ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 5 super-slow squats => 5-10 seconds in the bottom of the squat => 5 vertical jumps

Focus:
Lunge – focus on vertical shin

WOD:
8:00-10:00 AMRAP
100-meter run
10 push presses, unloaded-8# dumbbells
10 walking lunges, unloaded-8#dumbbells

Game:
5:00-10:00
